Change of mind

Changed your mind? No hard feelings. Send it back within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price. The book must be unopened, in its original shrink wrap and packaging. Return postage is at your own cost.

Wrong item

If we've sent you the wrong book, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Damaged in transit

Books are packed carefully, but it happens. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Faulty or misprinted copies

If there's a production fault, such as misbinding, missing pages or printing errors, email us within 30 days and we'll replace it.

Cancelling a pre-order

Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. Let us know

How to start a return

Email editions@cantileverpress.com with your order number and what's wrong. We'll send return instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Your rights

None of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
